In light of the ongoing developments with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Empower Sports Facility's primary goal during this time continues to be to protect the public health and slow the rate of transmission as has been advised by the Dept of Public Health, Centers for Disease Control, and other federal, state and local government organizations.  We are have engaged in preventative steps to eliminate the spread of the virus at our practices, tournaments and other activities.  We are closely monitoring the  COVID-19 updates, taking precautionary steps to clean and disinfect the facility while disseminating recommendations of the public health organizations.

While we miss our families, team members and community so very much, we are convinced that there is no real way to proceed and ensure everyone's safety at this time. Unfortunately, we will remain closed until further notice.  Please avoid returning to the facility and know that we are doing everything in our power to restore services offered by Empower Sports Facility as soon as possible. If we can figure out a way to re open responsibly, we will.

For EPTA, other training programs and travel/club teams, we will play by ear the decision on when to resume practices and tournaments. Should you have any questions, please feel free to email us at powerplayfamily@gmail.com. Our mission is to develop the talent of our youth by encouraging both physical fitness and strong mental health, healthy competition and personal responsibility while promoting positive self esteem, strong character and leadership.

EMPOWER PREPARATORY TRAINING ACADEMY has been temporarily halted. This intense Elite level Athletic training program began Fall 2019 and while we had so much hope for the program and our students, unfortunately due to the Covid-19 crisis we are not currently accepting new athletes. 

Should things change and we are able to return to the program, we will include information on how to apply here.  In the meantime, we strongly encourage each of you to push forward with your individual training goals and commit to improving in areas where you need to develop.  Things will not be the same once sports resume but we can commit to doing everything possible to making it better.
